Sushi Terra - București

Awesome food and cocktails. Service really really bad, rude waitress, made us feel uncomfortable because of some girls who arrived early and the waitress placed them right next to us, like apart, given the fact that the restaurant claims to follow the covod but apparently...we were the one made fun of just because we claimed our place from the reservation we made. Very bad experience! Poor character

Am comandat mai multe tipuri de sushi si absolut toate au avut foarte mult orez, Crunch Crab nu a fost crunchy deloc, sosul de soia a fost extrem de sarat iar in total față de alte restaurante de profil, s au clasat de această dată...mult sub așteptări! We ordered several types of sushi rolls and absolutly all contained very much rice, Crunch Crab wasn't crunchy at all, soya souce was very salty and overall, comparing with other restaurants of same type, this time they were far below expectations!

The music was not Asian, not Romanian, something very annoying. The lemonade very good, the food average.

I came with of my friends here and the waiter forgot to take my drink order, he left just with orders from my frieds when he brought the drinks, he ignored me for food also The food is pretty good but...the service was very bad this time. When we asked to pay with card, he said that we can only pay cash even though he asked the clients next to us if they pay cash or with card...this was confusing..

I can say I'm a regular client of Sushi Terra Dorobanti. They provide nice boats of sushi, containing different types at normal prices. The service is always poor, the staff being very unpolite and disrespectful. I used to ignore that until yesterday when they came...with the bill after I specified I would like to pay with a credit card, as always, and they told me it is not possible. I waited for another minutes, as I didn't have another payment method and during that time I was reading the legislation concerning that matter. They had the duty to let me pay with card, and they refused me. I am used to being poorly treated by your staff, having to wait up to minutes for the waiter to come, but this situation was way too far. Regret to inform you, yesterday was my last visit to your restaurants until your waiters learn how to treat their clients with respect.
