Only what I don't like, what I think they begin to do in any place, they are coming and take order, with you not able to look at the menu. You do not offer a menu, and then annoy yourself if you want to go up and consider the menu as if you take too long. I don't like it especially if I try to decide what I want to order. But the food was good.
So interesting that they were doing a sit down dining experience with a server. He was really sweet and attentive, too. Love the decor of this branch. Then returned with my sister a few days later for the mobile order drive thru experience and that overall smooth (got the same server but this time outside think his name was maybe Chase? .
Found myself needing to grab a quick lunch before heading back to San Antonio. Chick-fil-A was right off the freeway and I thought I could find some healthy selections on their menu. This location near Austin has made considerable modifications to focus on drive through ordering and it was a bit challenging to find the entrance for walk up. A helpful employee told me to open a gate and that would allow me to get inside? As I looked for the place to order at the counter, an employee walked up masked) and asked me if I planned to eat-in or take out? When I told him dine-in, he said ?go ahead and pick a place to sit and I will serve you and take your order.? He handed me a laminated menu. Easy choice of the ?Market Salad with grilled chicken? and an Ice Tea. The calorie count was right there on the menu and at less than 400 kcals it surprised me at how low it was. The Salad was excellent with fresh strawberries and crisp lettuce. The Apple vinaigrette was very nice. It was a super nutritious lunch and it really tasted great. That will be my new go-to when I?ve got 10 minutes to grab my food. The young server was super attentive and it just exemplifies why folks love to eat at Chick-fil-A. note) The restrooms are super clean and well stocked!
UPDATE EVERYONE I CONTACTED THEM I WAS TOLD THEY WERE GONNA GIVE ME A REWARD MY HUSBAND DIDNT WANT IT HE SAID NO I DONT WANT ANOTHER SALAD WHICH IS ALL THAT THEY PLANNED ON GIVING AND NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT GIVE THAT TO ME BUT IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. DONT EXPECT ANYTHING TO COME OF THE BAD EXPERIENCES FROM THIS LOCATION. I HAVE ATE AT A LOT OF CHICK FIL A LOCATIONS HAVE NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE PROBLEM AND HAD I GOT AN APOLOGY AND MY MONEY BACK FOR THE SALAD I PROBABLY WOULD GIVE A SECOND CHANCE AS I USUALLY GIVE ALL PLACES 2 OR EVEN 3 CHANCES SOMETIMES, HOWEVER THIS PLACE COULD CARE LESS. My husband got this yummy lil guy in his food today. Be careful. This is pretty gross my husband could not eat his lunch he was at work and this ruined his lunch and he didn't have time to go and get anything else. Disappointed big time. Ewwww
The app says delivery until 9:30 every time I try to order before 9:10 it says not available. Then if I order for pick up they don?t make my order until I get there and I end up having to wait longer than the drive thru people it?s ridiculous. I came to the drive through and 8 people got their order before I did, al I got was a salad and chicken strips everyone passed me made me lose half my lunch break! They got my condiments wrong and didn?t even include the pepitas or corn chips on my salad or even silverware. To top it off got a hair in my salad ?
