Proof Liquor Deli - Buda

Seriously the best sandwich spot in the Austin/Buda area at the price. It tastes gourmet, but made with love. Every time my family comes here, we are greeted with smiles, suggestions and the hidden gem of a sandwich you can get! Very recommended!

The Deli Rueben Sandwich is truly a game changer. Some experiences in life are simply delightful, and this sandwich is one of them. I’ve never been a huge fan of pastrami or sauerkraut—until I had the Rueben Sandwich from Proof Liquor and Deli. Wow! It’s simple, unique, and absolutely delicious! What a gem! Proof boasts an outstanding selection of beer and wine, and they elevate the experience even further with their incredible food! From the Serpico Sub to the Tuna Meltdown, everything is absolutely delicious. The prepared-to-go sides are fantastic, and the roasted tortellini is out of this world!

This place just may have the best sandwiches I've had. Everything on the menu is amazing and the employees could not be more friendly. Everyone should be trying this place out.

Just a stone's throw from my house, this place is a hidden gem. While the prices are somewhat steep, the exceptional quality makes it completely worthwhile. I haven't encountered a bad hot or cold sandwich yet, and the potato salad and avocado dip (which you can find in the display case) keep me coming back for more. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, whether you're choosing a sandwich or selecting a bottle of champagne. Their taste always aligns perfectly with mine!
