Írjon visszajelzéstDragged into the stall what I wanted pressed button and waited a few minutes finally girl comes up tells me loudspeaker doesn't work, no sign indicating so, she said move her to the next stall moving to the next available stall and pressed button and waited and finally had enough after I lean back, told the girl that you also didn't work. went to whataburger came in and out in 7 minutes this was faster than I waited in both stands and yes whataburger was busy car 3/4s around building sonic must have been busy and shorthanded
I get that it was kinda busy, but I had put in an online order for just 3 ice creams. I waited 20 minutes and I had to call them to actually make sure they were working on it. Once we got it, all of it was wrong and it was all melted. I don't know what was going on back there, but it was a terrible experience.
Horrible . Ordered 2 slushies and 1 coney dog on the app. to make the process go by faster but ended up waiting 65 minutes. The employees seemed confused of who ordered what. It was very disorganized. I ended up asking for a refund which ended up taking a long time as well.
This is twice that I’ve driven up and ordered! Service is slow and when I asked for ketchup, Guy on speaker said they had run out of it!! What manager lets that happen?? So I ask for BBQ sauce…which none is brought to my car. There were no napkins brought out, either! This is crazy!! This location sits right off of I 35 and it should be operating more efficiently!!
Was waiting in the line to order for the loudspeaker as a big girl, saw as a manager, as she was in whole black with a hat screamed to us to raise. we thought the speaker was down. I wait 10 minutes and no one came to take our order. then we thought the manager might have to raise a car-hop-stock unit and order it there. we were wrong again. then we waited another 12 minutes here with the button-link and no one else took our order. at this time the journey went through and we were the only ones who did not get our order has recognized much less someone that we were there. So we jumped to 35 and drove to the Kyle site where we were greeted immediately and had accepted our order with wonderful service. I get it, it was a busy time. but several employees made eye contact and no one took the time to say “they, be they right with you” and when other cars began to get help, this was our breakage
