Rudy's - Buellton

I was served complimentary tortilla chips, but they were cold. There was a selection of sauces available for self-service. The veggie burrito was decent, though the tortilla was just warm and not well toasted. The only other vegetarian option was a quesadilla. I wouldn't recommend this place to vegetarians looking for a wide variety of choices.

I had to visit Buellton for something that was not available where I am 25 miles away. I thought I'd have dinner with my visit. I'm very glad to say that I chose the right place. I love good Mexican food and since I have a medical condition that is quite heavy when it comes to food, I must be very careful because I could end up in the hospital. I ordered the 1 item Combo plate of Potato Taquitos rice and beans. I don't drink much of everything that's carbonized, so I thought I would try her cucumber and lime fresh drink. The place is Sparkling clean and the staff is super friendly and sweet! I took a place and one of the sweet girls brought me free chips and my drink. You have a large salsa bar well stolen with a variety of stiffened salsas and other goodies! (very clean) I loved the potato taquito because it was just boiled properly, not greasy at all and the crunchy was perfect.... for me, this is 10

Good place to eat. Fast service and good food. No complaints. Recommended if you're in the area.

We hired Rudy’s to cater a breakfast after our wedding, and they did an outstanding job. Tracy was extremely responsive via email and accommodating when I needed to make adjustments for guest counts and dietary restrictions. They even went above and beyond by delivering the food early in the morning, outside of their usual business hours, and managed to get our venue to waive a significant fee they initially planned to impose on us, thanks to their excellent relationship with the venue. Their prices are very reasonable, and the food is absolutely delicious. We received numerous compliments on how tasty the breakfast burritos were, with the machaca being my personal favorite! We’ll definitely be stopping by every time we're in the Santa Ynez Valley.
