Each entrée comes with a choice of 16 delightful side options, including Garden Salad, Caesar Salad, Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Dressing, Coleslaw, Garlic Potatoes, Western Wild Rice, French Fries, Wild West Onion Rings, Classic Baked Potato, Loaded Baked Potato, Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Steak Soup, Sweet Potato Fries with maple dipping sauce, and Green Beans. The Caesar Salad is beautifully presented, drizzled with Caesar Dressing and topped with Parmesan shavings. I visited this restaurant this afternoon and was surprised to find hardly any cars in the parking lot, which usually means you can be seated right away. However, the hostess wrote our name down on a list and informed us there would be a wait of 10 to 15 minutes. When I asked why, she explained that there were only two servers on duty. After about five minutes of watching the hostess at the desk with her menus, we decided to leave and try another restaurant down the street. They could have at least offered us a cup of coffee while we waited. I really don't see any excuse for this level of service!
