Írjon visszajelzéstIn the middle of the harbour area is this fishing business, which also operates a SB restaurant. In this respect, I must contradict Mr BuMü, it is much more than a snack. For example, the fish kitchen Laboe, which works according to the same principle, would also be vehemently opposed to the term “food”. As the previous day, we had decided to schedule our restaurant visit at noon. We noticed the fish business with our numerous guests when we came to the Shanty Festival on the Assumption Day. Madame pleaded for this location after half the day before in a highly praised restaurant, and we both had no desire for one of the tourist traps in the city centre. With the bikes we reached the port area without any problems and placed them next to about 30 others on the side street. A number of tables were set up in front of the entrance to the fish business and were occupied at about 60. A sign on the outskirts of the grounds pointed to the “sun terrace”, an area overlooking the port, where more about twenty tables were placed. There we looked for a free table, took place and studied the map that lay on plywood laminated on each table. After an in-depth discussion (despite the clear map, I went to the shop and ordered “Heringe fried with Speckkartoffelsalat” (€8.95 for Madame). For me, I ordered the “Büsumer Fish Plate (3 fish varieties of the day with roast potatoes” (11.95 € ), with a water for Madame (0.33l for 2.30 € and a Pils for me (bottle 0.33l for 2.30 €). I left the shop with a metal number drive, drinks bottles and two glasses and went to our table. During the next waiting period, various services came regularly and brought food for the other tables. They also occasionally had to call out the identification numbers, because the guests had not understood the meaning of the small metal display and therefore had not placed it well visible on the table. However, the operators dressed with T-shirts of the house always remained friendly and were able to answer some upcoming questions to the guests competently. After a reasonable waiting period, a young man came to our table and asked, “Who gets the herings?” Madame reported and got a plate with three very good looking, freshly fried herings, some salad set and a piece of lemon, plus the bacon salad in a separate bowl. Also my plate was not artistically or even clearly garnished: Three hand-resistant pieces of panned fish were placed on a good chopped potato, along with a good stick Remoulade and also salad set and lemon piece. The roast potatoes had tidy roasted areas and were seasoned with onions and (less bacon, the fish fillets were roasted for my taste on the point and as fresh as you can expect in a place like this. Madame was also enthusiastic about the herings and also praised the Speckkartoffelsalat. As hardly any other expected, the portions were more than sufficient, but we could not leave them and were finally pappsatted. Surely you have to make some smears at the ambience in this establishment, which is quite rustic and most tables stand outdoors. The arrangements on the plates also do not allow a comparison with upscale gastronomy. There is no need to make any cuts in the quality and freshness of food, and so I can make an unrestricted recommendation here.

Wie immer KlasseFood: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Prima fish shop and fish restaurant, here there is everything the heart desires - a very good selection and quality of fish, delicious dishes to take away or eat on site. The great fish or crab rolls can accommodate any comparison with other suppliers in Büsum! The all in a rustic ambience without Chichi and Gedöns and very friendly staff who can also advise! That's why a clear and unrestricted recommendation!
