Moin Moin - Büsum

After we have desperately realized that there are some of my favorite locals in büsum no longer exist, we are fortunately on this local shot. the fish super fresh and delicious. also the rumpsteak after the announcement of my man. the waitress seemed a little stressed, but otherwise was very friendly. for evening table reservation in season absolutely necessary. we had a really good time to catch a table.

Perhaps the bad reviews were sometimes justified, but now no longer definitiw. we have made very good experiences. a big plus for the environment directly behind the harbour, and the fish was just one shy!

Water and ships cannot be seen by moin moin. from the harbour it separates the “Ostdeich”, whose narrow, right in front of the local passage, always secures traffic cuddelmuddel. the front in winter garden has this under control. sitting in the cozy dining room, behind it can take a look into the kitchen. I've avoided this locally for a long time because the servant wasn't my case. there is now a new one since juli, and we were back. the menu with the passes is available on the internet. there should be something for everyone. my wife stood in the sense of a mentality offered at the daily price. the waiter broke into the kitchen and told us the weight of the two pre-respected fish. we decided to share the larger ones. that was possible, and it was just as right to follow the recommendation, but then rather to make a point of order. that came to the table was good from the quality of the ingredients as from the preparation. it leads however to the rejection of a star which my add-on salad was not sufficiently washed, so that sand between my teeth, which do not have to be and was reported back to the waiter, with whose consulting skills and friendliness we were very satisfied. it was a beautiful evening in the moin moin, which I recommend before location.

Beautiful local kitchen service is friendly. prices okay. sometimes there is a table reservation.
