Edit: I was contacted the morning after regarding my order. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a full refund or to remake it. I ordered fish and chips online to be picked up in store, of course there is no option to pay in store so I used my debit online. I arrive at 7:45 pm (closing time is 8:00 pm) to find the lights off, store locked and nobody there! I was forced to pay up front and despite receiving a text my order was ready for pickup, upon arrival they're closed early and I'm out the cost of the food for nothing! Seems incredibly unacceptable to close up early knowing there is an outstanding pickup!! Not happy!!
