I had an amazing experience with the front desk and track staff. The customer service was excellent. Chris, Danny, and the track staff were incredibly helpful with my friends and me during our races. I will definitely return with my family and friends!

The time management at this restaurant is extremely poor. They slow down the speed of the carts and mix groups together, placing people not in your party alongside your group. While other carts are allowed to operate at full speed, mine was stuck at half speed. I had to ask twice for it to be increased. As a former Formula Ford racer from Australia, it was frustrating to see kids zoom by me as if I were standing still. The waiting times between sets are excessively long, and when I brought it up with the staff, they were indifferent. I would never consider returning. I'm really unimpressed and very disappointed with what we all paid for this experience.

I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday at K 1! The food and service were excellent, making the experience enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue with the track layout, which made me feel a little motion sick. I believe a new track design that replaces the kid's track would be a great idea. Aside from that, I really loved the place and would highly recommend it!

Great place for indoor karting! Karts go at a great speed! Be advise: many first timers come here a lot, which could be potentially annoying in terms of trying to get past them. Otherwise great staff and much fun!

Love the staff and way better customer service than other K1s’ in illinois. I talked to one of the track operators about their cars and he was nice about the criticism! Cars for sure need better tires and grip but that’s a corporate thing. That’s why I’m giving it a 4! Please put on better tires so they warm up faster. Some people actually tryna gain skills and cut those turns as fast as possible
