Waiter went above and beyond to accommodate our visit!
Was celebrating my husband's birthday with 9 close friends. Waitress was un attentive, failed to refilled drinks, check on us about food. After a $300+ check, when I asked if they would sign HB to my husband, I was informed yes, if I pay $12 dollars for that which is the cost of a slice of cake. I agreed, only to have the waitress drop off the cake like she was dropping off extra napkins to the table and no HB song as discussed. Food was excellent, just the service lacked.
The waitress was nice but it took 15 minutes to get our drinks from when we were sat. The noise level was so loud I couldn't understand her when ordering and ended up getting the wrong thing. The ticket person was great. As usual ! However the entire experience was underwhelming.
The waitress was Absolutely amazing so sweet professional and fast! My kids and I really loved her! A family of 8 and she kept bring refills before we even realized we needed them just so amazing and the food was amazing! Definitely was a 5star dinner last night for my son and my birthday ?
