Mcdonald's - Buffalo

"Amazing! I ordered at 10:30, just before they closed at 11. Everything was fresh and the staff was very friendly and professional. I believe they are honest. Thank you, and keep up the good work!"

I would have given this McDonald's a 5-star rating, but the employees' use of foul language when I dropped in tarnished my experience. I was agitated by their excessive use of inappropriate language. My 80-year-old mother was nearly unable to finish her breakfast due to how upset she was.

My basketball team and I stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast on our way to a tournament. Unfortunately, we found hairs in most of our food, the burritos were sour and hard, and they were served to us extremely cold. We also witnessed a worker playing with their hair and then proceeding to handle the food without washing their hands. On top of it all, it took 30 minutes for them to make a simple caramel sundae because they forgot about us. This establishment is very negligent and has poor customer service. We will not be returning in the future.

I am a Canadian truck driver so i parked at the Cenex while the weather was not the greatest and had a craving so... here i come!The only reason i am giving this place a 5 star is because yesterday night when i went to get some McDonald's it was chilly out, i thought i would be able to walk in and order but the doors were closed and saying dinning room is closed order thru app or use drive-thru... okay well 1st the McDonald's USA app cannot load on my phone cause it is not allowed in my country(Canadian remember so i had to go and wait in chilly weather outside for the drive-thru which of course, i can't trigger the weight sensor(some of y'all might but i sure can't lol), so anyway no answer there so i went to the window where i waited after a lady that was taking her sweet time looking at her order as they the only one in the world of course but anyway, the young lady cashier, Sidel i believe her name was or that's what was written on the bill anyway, asked the manager if she can open up the entrance door so i could wait for my order inside where its a bit warmer and it was a yes. So i waited in the entrance between the 2 doors for my order which was great!So basically that 5 star rating is for her kindness, not for the place itself, as it is a McDonald's fast food after all and the dinning room and bathroom were closed for public/no access.Appreciate you young lady!

Service was pretty slow, and then when we finally got our food, the 2 burgers weren't fully cooked, and the kids' fries were cold.
