I was quite impressed with my meal overall at this restaurant. We walked in without a reservation on a Sunday night and only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to be seated.

Delicious food and excellent service from Levi. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu to share family-style. However, the portion size for the wagyu beef was a bit smaller than we expected...

This restaurant is located inside the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, New York. Upon entering, the atmosphere feels elegant and sophisticated, although it was somewhat bustling during my visit...

The hostesses have no idea what they do. I showed them my date for 17 o'clock, and they realized it by saying, "we prepare the table; please give us a moment." Fifteen minutes after my supposed reservation, I went up and asked for the table, and they said, "Well, there are two in front of them, and we must sit them first." I asked what the point of having a reservation and confessing it when we have to wait? I have gone the brush. Based on the background conversations, they are underoccupied and must be as server when they are ready to table on another table.

Since new ownership portion sizes on some of the appetizers have been cut in half for the same price. Typically we run out of lettuce and have to ask for more for the chicken lettuce wraps. This time we had plenty of lettuce to spare. The chicken was placed on a mound of the crispy rice sticks to hide the fact that there was barely enough chicken for 4 small wraps. Likewise with the dynamite shrimp, you get about 6 small shrimp for $10 (go to Bonefish for a reasonable portion of this . We ordered a tureen of shrimp wonton soup which was supposed to serve 6 people. Some people didn't get a single wonton, some didn't get shrimp. The waitress was literally counting each item as she distributed it to our bowls (1 wonton, 1 mushroom, 1 shrimp, 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of spinach... . Unfortunately the kitchen miscounted, she offered to get a wonton for those who didn't get one in their wonton soup, how absurd.
