Señor Tequila Mexican - Buffalo

While the place is nice interior and good tv coverage, the bar service was lacking when having dinner and not drinking. The food is fair to good, lacking authentic flavors and good texture. The chips were not as fresh as they should be for local place

We were up the street at Pour and on a recommendation of a couple people that were in our group, suggested and decided to go to Senor Tequila. We called ahead for a reservation and the person on the phone wasn 't particularly friendly, but people can be busy so we let it go. On arrival almost every table was open, but it was close to their opening time, so again, everything was good. We were seated and placed our drink order. The server appeared to be newer but was trying her best. We subsequently placed our food order and this is where it started to become more apparent that they are not running efficiently, as it took forever for food to show up. The restaurant slowly started to fill and adjacent tables were extremely frustrated with the level of service, waiting for drinks, placing their food order etc. They were getting ready to walk-out. So it wasn 't just us. They seemed understaffed, as our server appeared to be handling all of the tables. Our second round of drinks had a couple issues with the wine not being the correct type. Is was not the same as the first glass (was very sweet). The waitress did repour, but we did get charged for the incorrect ones (we had to have the bill adjusted at the end). With the extended wait came a necessary trip to the rest rooms. They were not very clean, one of the stalls was blown up and was a real appetite killer. There was no soap in the men 's room and came to find out none in the women 's room. How are the staff washing their hand? The water was cold too. When someone from our party mentioned the missing soap, they gave them a grungy 3/4 used industrial sized container. People in our party after this wanted to leave after this. Even the couple that recommended it were in favor of doing so, as things were spiraling out of control. We did not want to stiff the waitress so we waited and took it in as a learning experience. The food eventually arrived and was good, not great. The food was the best thing about our visit. Everything else from service, to cleanliness was unfortunately a disappointment. As things currently stand I could not recommend this. Hopefully they get their act together. Apparently it was good at one time, but definitely not on our visit.

Had to wait forever while the hostess was on her cell phone to place and order When placing the order, the girl didn't know what we were even ordering must have been new Didn't bring us chips and salsa as we requested I had to ask a different server for our order, the other server asked us if she even took our order yet My plate was warmer than my actual food ON the plate Oh yeah and there was a chicken bone in the quesadilla no price reduction after the bill was given Go figure going somewhere where you are the only person seated for 2 hours is trash. Had happy hour margs, and where good, and only $3! the salsa is so frickin good, a little spicy and tasteful! also a few tacos. we always support Mexican restaurants where we ever go!

Great Amazing Vibrant atmosphere the Night life in Buffalo isn't as Vibrant as it used to be but this place on a Friday or Saturday night especially during the late spring and summer is a great place to go and listen to some great Spanish music and Dance. The Security is on point and the establishment is well maintained overall it's just a great chill atmosphere to be in. I only gave it 4 stars because when I went it was too many young kidd there I prefer being around an older crowd but even with that the night was pretty peaceful and chill. I highly recommended to anyone visiting Buffalo from out of town you'll have a great time especially on a Saturday night during the summer there were pretty women all around.
