Subway - Buffalo

I was refused access to the women's restroom and my colleague was denied access to the men's restroom before we ordered our lunch. We work for the canal authority and it is necessary for us to wash our hands before eating. We will not be returning to this restaurant. This is not only unsanitary, but also discriminatory and violates the health regulations. I have contacted the health department about this issue.

This restaurant is one of those places that I am always happy to visit. Despite being a chain, each location has its own unique charm. The staff at this Subway were exceptional - they were friendly, attentive, and polite. Thank you for the excellent service! I always look forward to coming here. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant is consistently clean and the staff are always incredibly polite. In addition, they donate any cancelled online orders to the homeless and those in need. I witnessed this firsthand today and it has solidified this Subway location as the only one my family and I will frequent. It was heartwarming to see such kindness in action.

A young girl took my order and was not friendly. And she had a “I don’t want to be here attitude”. I ask to add chicken to my salad after I paid and was going to pay the extra money for the chicken and she said I should have asked before I cashed out. Lousy customer service.

Gave this place 2 chances. First time was decent but second time my sub was covered in salt and pepper. The older gentlemen needs to be retrained in communication skills as well as sub making skills. He cannot make a consistent sandwich. Very rude tone of voice and he cannot hear well.
