Subway - Buffalo

The staff was excellent in taking my order and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, unlike some other Subway locations I have visited.

My experience at this Subway location was not great. The two ladies working there did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate with them. They seemed annoyed when we tried to place our order, rolling their eyes and not listening to what we were saying. We asked for a kids' turkey meal, but they initially tried to give us a full-sized sandwich. When we pointed out the mistake, they charged us extra for the drink that was supposed to come with the meal and didn't give us the applesauce that was part of it. They also charged us for a second drink that we didn't order. When we asked for the company number, they claimed not to have one and refused to give us their names. It was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this Subway location.

We ordered subs and bought pop spent 30.00, the drinks we bought we in a fridge 2 cokes, they dont have the fridge plugged in everything is warm. I asked for a cup with ice and they were going to charge me for it 2.35 for a half cup of ice and nothing to drink horrible customer service. And was tryimg to charge someone to use the bathroom.

I am not one to usually leave negative reviews, but this restaurant definitely deserves one. As I entered, I encountered an older lady and a man who seemed to be confused. The man had trouble reading the sign about not accepting credit cards and left without paying for his food. The employees were left puzzled and simply stored his sandwich in the refrigerator. It turns out that the older lady was actually a beggar. I have never seen someone beg so aggressively before. She approached me and asked for money or food, which I reluctantly gave her my last $20. The man behind the counter seemed fearful as he took my order. I decided to wait quietly until the beggar left. Once she was gone, I paid for my order. Outside, the older lady sat on the railing and started urinating on herself. It was a shocking and unpleasant sight. This experience made me realize that I will never return to this restaurant, or any other Wendy's location for that matter. They seem to have issues with orders and customer service. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
