The restaurant has a wonderful local atmosphere and stunning views, all at a great price. The staff is humble and provides fast service, so you won't have to wait long for your meal. Overall, a thumbs up for this place!

We stop here for lunch on the way to the istana pagaruyung. The serve regular padang dish. Nothing special about the meals. Although the scenery is picturesque, with paddy fields and mountain range in the background. There are pet owls an eagle.

The food was okay but the pool under the restaurant was dirty. There a lot of garbage in there.

I enjoyed the view of the paddy fields more than the food, to be honest. There was a staff member who was very dedicated to serving us, although I forgot his name. He was a bit chubby, always smiling, and very quick on his feet. The owner should really appreciate him, as he is a true gem.
