We had a late lunch here, arriving with a group of about 30 other car club enthusiasts who drove up from Houston.

Love the sliced brisket sandwich! Can't go wrong with the loaded baked potato.....good people good food

We're red neck nachos fans and occasionally get the pulled pork sandwiches No other BBQ place beats Chucks.

That was order on the switch, usually serving itself. no problem. I had the cut beef sandwich. it was huge and very good. also had the potato salad, which was mostly potato bread and not so good. we got meat for guests and including chopped disk breeze and whistling to go. it was all good. next time they could get a combo plate of cut bark meat and sausage.

The brisket is in order, but they give them away to many chips, seems like a drop, because most of them goes into the garbage, and their loaded chips are just a big chaos, not good.
