Sugarland Tavern - Bundaberg

I had a terrible day, but when I went to the pub to order some food, I was greeted with a big smile and the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have worked in the industry for my whole life, and have never received such excellent service before. Carasa (apologies if spelled wrong) is a standout employee and deserves a raise.

The service and food were excellent at this restaurant. The staff were always attentive - if they weren't serving customers, they were cleaning tables. They were also quick to notice when a customer was heading to the counter, immediately going over to provide assistance. This meant there was no waiting time for service.

Fantastic food. The steak was delicious. Great service.

Simply the best restaurant/bistro in the city. had to stand in the line to order the dinner for about 15 minutes, but this is worth waiting. excellent food and service at a good price

I have had several meals here. Great food, great price, and great service. I have a meal every day for lunch. I have tried about ten pubs in Bundaberg so far. Sugerland Tavern has been the best by far. Highly recomend.
