Írjon visszajelzéstFood waa pretty good. Servers kept checking in on me which was nice but the basic rolls i ordered, some pieces fell apart easily and they nearly forgot my miso soup after I had already paid. so I asked for them to make it to go.Food: 4/5
My husband and I were in the Burbank area and wanted some dinner so we tried out this restaurant because it was close by to the hotel we were staying at. I would give this place a 3.5 star rating. I would come back and try some of their other dishes. Food: 3 starsWe got gyoza, two sushi rolls, and a curry rice plate. The gyoza and sushi were good and satisfied us. The two rolls we got were tasty and I would try their other sushi rolls if I get the chance to come back. The curry rice plate on the other hand was disappointing. Unfortunately, the pork cutlet was pretty dry and overdone so it took a lot of chewing to eat it. The curry that it came with was just okay. Ambience: 4 starsThe interior of the place was really nice and cute. It felt like a cross between a sports bar and sushi restaurant. The place had a fun feel to it and the workers were pretty nice.
I gave Fujiya a 5 star rating on Yelp, food but most of all the music and atmosphere is great BUT living in 2023 and everybody trying to catch up on emails or doing on line stuff with ur smartphone and not the privilege from T-mobile to have 5G reception even though they claim to b the best in the USA it’s sad to find out from my friendly server that the management does NOT want to give the password for their 2 WiFi’s popping up on my iPhone screen
There are many sushi restaurants in Burbank, so here's another one marked off my list. Fujiya has a lot going on at once. The 1st things I noticed in the restaurant were the multiple flatscreen TVs playing various shows. There was loud background club music. The cherry blossom decor was excessive, yet pretty at times. Just a very busy environment, so beware.Would recommend using Yelp to reserve a table; we did and were seated on time. We ordered various dishes, including the Miso Glazed Salmon Truffle signature plate, Lemon Roll, Salmon Teriyaki dinner special (not pictured), Seafood Udon (not pictured), and 8 pieces sushi combination dinner.I liked the 8 pieces sushi combination dinner the most. The fish was fresh, albeit cut a bit too thickly for my tastes. The combo dinner was $19.95 and came with miso soup and a small salad, which made it a filling and affordable meal. You get to choose between a spicy tuna roll or California roll for the dinner, and I chose the former. Honestly, I thought both the spicy tuna and Lemon rolls were filled thickly with tuna and could've used more rice to balance them out. If I had to return to Fujiya, then I'd only get the sushi even if they're lacking rice. I tried a bit of the Seafood Udon, which arrived last and was underwhelming in flavor. The dinner special with Salmon Teriyaki was standard (came with rice, miso soup, salad, and mixed tempura); it wasn't super special and you could get a similar bento set at most sushi restaurants for around the same price. Also, I was told by a member of my party that they could've used more rice in the dinner special, too. We either have rice deficiency or the restaurant just doesn't give a lot of rice...
Your standard Japanese fusion place with most of the base rolls being California rolls. They have other things like teriyaki meats and bentos for those who don 't like sushi as well. They also have nigiri and sashimi, but its not as fresh as it could be. Service was solid, but they did forget one of our orders, and we had to remind them twice. Our waiter seemed new though, lots of im not sure, let me ask for you .
