Kfc - Burgaw

The buffet was good but not as much variety as I remember from several years ago. Everything was fresh and the store was clean.Kid-friendliness: Most kids enjoy chicken and there was a good variety of sides. Several desserts.Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are well spaced with plenty of room for wheelchairs.

Staff totally ignored several customers that were waiting for food to be put on the bar. No chicken of any kind, no potatoes, no biscuits.... When asked for these things we were told they were coming right up but then ignored but the drive through kept passing items out.,for approximately 20 minutes....Service was unsatisfactory....

I never have an issue with anything here. Tonight the two ladies at the counter were supper nice and the food came out fast and fresh. Id recommended eating here!

Had the buffet it was great ,tasted great chicken and fixins were on point desert was great. The lady working the buffet was Felicia she is super nice and helpful and makes sure the buffet is stocked and clean . Thank you for the great meal and
