Buffalo Wild Wings - Burleson

I visited the restaurant on BOGO Thursday and purchased two different BOGO orders to go. To my surprise, when I got home, I realized that my order was not complete. I received only half of what I had paid for. The food I did receive was decent and the staff was friendly, but the mistake was inexcusable. This is not the first time I have had a less than satisfactory experience at this Burleson location. I will not be returning and I would advise others to avoid it as well.

My sister and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night, and she slipped and fell on the wet floor in the bar. I informed our waitress and she got the manager, Franc. When he arrived and asked what happened, I explained that my sister fell on the wet floor and hurt her knee, mentioning that there was no wet floor sign. He expressed regret about the incident but did not offer any compensation or show genuine empathy. The staff quickly cleaned up the wet floor, but I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. As a former employee of Buffalo Wild Wings, I found this to be unacceptable and unprofessional.

The service was good, but the beer was warm and the chicken wings were small. They also forgot to season my honey wings. Overall, it was a decent experience.

First off let me say that this particular location has always been our favorite,so the fact that our recent visit was not good at all is very upsetting.It was myself ,two of my daughters and my 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter. It was late afternoon around 2 ish,so it wasn't busy. We ordered our food...I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich with only ranch and bacon..and the girls ordered chicken wings. We also ordered a kids tenders. The tenders came out first. And then about 30 minutes later one order of wings came..boneless..and my sandwich. The wings were cold and my sandwich was made wrong...no ranch and with pickles.Ten minutes later the other order of wings came out..and they were too spicy. All of our fries were tough and cold. Nothing tasted as good as it normally did. Our server seemed to busy to even bother to tell her about anything,so we just paid our ticket and left. We didn't even finish our food. It was a very disappointing visit,and probably our last.
