Crumbl Cookies Burleson

Crumbl has amazing cookies. They have a different selection of flavors every week and they always deliver. I make it a weekly habit to get a box of their cookies.

The restaurant is in a lovely location with clean and friendly service. The desserts are delicious and they offer a variety of flavors that change weekly. Customers can also preorder desserts if they wish.

I am aware that if customers order a 4, 6, or 12 pack and request a different size box, they may be charged extra. This is not a personal issue. Did the other customer also inquire about the cookies? The employee may have seemed cheerful, but the coworker did not. Just because someone had a negative experience does not mean it was due to their race. I have seen employees of various races working there and they are friendly. It is unfair to judge solely based on skin color. Please do not make assumptions about a person's experience without knowing all the facts. Every restaurant has the option for tap drinks, but if you prefer something else, that is also fine.

I would normally tell them how much I love their cookies, but their customer service is not so much. I ordered to deliver cookies to my friend who just had a baby. they were left on the veranda without knocking or ringing the turquoise. When my friend went out and found out, they were covered with ants. When I called them to ask them to be delivered again, I was told that I was throwing the door because there was nothing they could do. they said we could give them a refund. So, instead of reimbursing my money, I just asked myself to send the cookies and they said we're sorry we can't do that. therefore I will stay with tiffs traats!

Love Crumbl cookies. Was passing through Burleson yesterday and saw there was a location. Cashier was friendly and store was clean. However, the cookies were not enjoyable. None of the cookies were uniform all big/different sizes(no complaint on receiving bigger cookies) but the 4 cookies didn’t fit comfortably in the box and instead we’re layered slightly on top of one another so that they would fit(not the best presentation). After arriving home, I was able to taste the cookies and they were ALL hard and 1 seemed as if it were completely burnt (making it impossible to bite into). I’ve been to other locations and have never experienced this w/ the cookies. Maybe this location was having a bad day, either way $13 down the drain. Very disappointed.
