Írjon visszajelzéstI haven’t had Papa John’s in awhile. Food was sub par gave it 3 on service bc he gave me a side of ranch and marinara for free. There were only 2 employees during lunch and they looked a lil busy and stressed. There was a coupon going on and only paid $5 for the pizza. You could feel the stress, but the pizza was ready when they said it would be and they seem to have a great SOS.
Always liked there pizza until i went there today i had ordered a pizza while i wait-i noticed person making pizza after using register with bare hands was also making my pizza dough with bare hands should be wearing plastic gloves when handling food will not be going back after seeing that
There was one lady in the back with no help and was still able to get our pizza. She seemed a bit stress as she had a huge order she was working on and was still very friendly and attentive. She deserves a promotion I wish I could have gotten her name. Kudos to her! Management eventually came to help out.
First let me just say, the PIZZA AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DOWN RIGHT DISGUISING!!! Ordered 2 medium pizzas when I received my pizzas that I paid $31 for. ONE HAD A PIECE OF HAIR AND THEY ALL were cold and dry SO FREAKING DISGUSTING!!! Called to get the issue resolved, and was told I didn’t order my pizzas from that store. Thinking I had the wrong store I hang up to contact the right Papa Johns. Took a second look at my receipt, that stated 1001 Sw Wilshire Blvd!! I was told twice by Carl I didn’t place my order at that store. Told a third time by Jada who had a very nasty attitude. NO ONE WAS CONCER ABOUT MY ISSUE!! ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I HAD THE WRONG PAPA JOHNS. I requested a refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund until tomorrow.
Great deals when you order online for carry out. This location is clean and friendly staff.
