Cicis Pizza - Burlington

The restaurant isn't what it used to be. The staff hardly communicate, and it feels like they're just going through the motions like robots. They were much friendlier and more engaging when they first opened. Now, I only go there once or twice a year instead of once a week like I used to.

The pizza was excessively greasy, and the tables were arranged too close together, making it difficult to navigate around them.

Absolutely amazing! We are regulars at this restaurant, and today they went above and beyond for us. The place was full of kids from three school buses, yet they managed to clear a table for us and make room despite the busy dining room. The staff was friendly, as always! This is definitely one of our favorite spots!

Food was fresh, personnel were friendly. Store was clean. The price has gone up but the place was packed.
