Hardee's - Burlington

She was rude. Gave me the wrong food; didn't get straws. I tried to call back to fix it but no answer. So very upset.

I went there one time the employee spit in my food. It was disgusting and roaches on the floor.

I don 't know why I bother ever going into a Hardees. I never get good food. Those big biscuits and sandwiches they advertise on tv? Their food looks nothing like that, not even close. They were advertising the Cajun chicken fillet biscuit. Fillet? Shouldn 't that be filet? It looked good in the picture. I didn 't expect it to look exactly like the photo but I also didn 't expect it to look like a microwaved piece of cardboard. I 'm pretty sure they cooked me the first living chicken on the planet. Dry, chewy, the biscuit fell apart. Yuck. Next time I 'll go hungry. At least the girl taking my order was friendly.

Like the Hamburgers, service is good, however the ketchup dispenser never works. Why is it not replaced, fixed or removed? The fountain ice dispenser had something attached to it that should not be there, it should be cleaned.

Ordered small cheeseburger and small fries waited 15min in drive thru for food get back to work and no fries. terrible place to go will never go back
