Mayflower Seafood X - Burlington

This seafood restaurant is exceptional. The dining area is spotless, and the restrooms are well-maintained. The portions are generous, served quickly, and always at the right temperature. However, I'm not a fan of their coleslaw; I find it quite unpalatable. My go-to dish is the large platter of fried catfish, which never disappoints. Their large chef salad is also excellent, offering plenty of fresh greens, making it a great value for the price. The waitstaff are attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall dining experience. If you leave feeling hungry, something must be amiss, as I typically have leftovers to take home. This restaurant is certainly a valuable addition to Burlington.

This is an excellent spot for seafood lovers. They also serve burgers, chicken, and salads at reasonable prices. Whenever I'm in the area, I always make sure to stop in for a meal. I highly recommend trying the Mayflower Special; it includes a great variety of dishes. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a poor experience with the food during our last visit, but after hearing that the restaurant is under new ownership, we decided to give it another chance. The food was fantastic this time! We will definitely be returning.

The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and was friendly while answering our questions about different dishes. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend trying the cheese and bacon fries!

The waitstaff is friendly, and it looks like the restaurant is under new management, which led to a bit of confusion regarding an add-on. However, it was resolved quickly. If you visit, you absolutely must try the fried pickles—they're even better than Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings, and you get a lot more for half the price! Plus, anything on the menu can also be broiled if you prefer that option.
