Wendy's - Burlington

Just was there to order some food, it took them almost 2 hours to serve me. all of the employees was on there phones laughing. they had my whole meal wrong i asked for a 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets witch comes with 4, i had 2. worst wendy’s ever i don’t even recommend to feed your dogs that.

I really enjoy Wendy's for their delicious, healthy salads and baked potatoes, as well as their affordable drink prices for seniors. Many of us can’t consume spicy seasonings for health reasons, so I have a suggestion: it would be great to offer more seasoning options in packets, such as Badia Sazon Tropical, dried red chili peppers for those who enjoy some heat, creamy horseradish in pumps or packets, and fresh herbs like cilantro or basil in individual refrigerated packets. This way, each customer could customize their meal to their liking. Additionally, their drink machines and friendly service make a big difference. Great job, Wendy's! And Merry Christmas!

If they could just add some seasoning to their burgers, I would likely visit more frequently.

I recently visited this restaurant to place an order, and it took nearly two hours for my food to arrive. The staff members were more focused on their phones, laughing, and seemed completely inattentive. They completely got my order wrong; I had requested a 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets, which should include four nuggets, but I only received two. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, and I wouldn't even recommend it for feeding your dogs.

Located in a somewhat quiet strip mall parking lot on NC-70 (Church St.), this restaurant provides plenty of parking. The food is quite good, and the customer service is satisfactory. Although the service can be a little slow at times, I haven't experienced any issues with it so far.
