Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Burlington

Went on November 24th for lunch. 1 server for 100 customers in the restaurant. Food was cold...croutons in caesar salad were stale. Corn was brown and the mashed potatoes were cold but still have powder in them when they were brought to our table. Fries were given to us as if they were sitting there for hours.I have emailed the store 3 times in the last week have not gotten a response.

Love coming here for the strawberries pican salad, but twice I had come for dinner, and they had ran out of strawberries, super sad about. Overall great place! Please stop running out of

I recently had a superb experience at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar Grill in Burlington! The service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The clean and bright decor added a pleasant ambiance to the atmosphere. While the food was satisfactory, scoring a 5.5/10 in quality, the overall experience was enhanced by the cleanliness and brightness of the washroom facilities. Undoubtedly, one of the best Chuck's locations, offering a well-rounded and positive dining environment.

In my opinion you get what you pay for. Their menu has great deals on things like steak and lobster and other choice meals, but you get mediocre seafood and poorly cooked steak. We didn’t try to pin food but I’m sure it’s on par with most pubs. I’m sure this is a great spot to go with the guys for beers and a game, but for a dinner i can’t justify spending low prices on a steak that didn’t satisfy. Spend another $15 and get a proper steak done at a local Burlington steakhouse.
