Little Caesars Pizza - Burlington

I am always made to wait because the pizza is never hot or ready.

My 4 year old daughter loves the Cheese pizza, the crazy bread and the garlic sauce. The employees are friendly and helpful with suggestions for new items!

I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Wanted to try the thin crust so ordered the Canadian. It was the worst pizza I've had in 20 years. The crust tasted stale and dry but wasn't crispy. The cheese wasn't melted and there was zero sauce. There was a fair amount of toppings but the lack of sauce and cold cheese made it tasteless. Unfortunately I bought two and threw out 1 1/2 out. Do yourself a favor and go across the road to Domino's or Pizza Pizza.

The customer service was excellent, the food arrived quickly, and it tasted better than any other Little Caesars I've been to.

I have ordered from all the Little Caesars in Burlington, and this particular location stands out for several reasons. The staff here is knowledgeable in preparing, cooking, and presenting the food in line with Little Caesars' standards. Unlike other locations, they provide the products, such as Pizza Puffs, exactly as they are supposed to be made. The staff may be young, but they are hardworking, friendly, and responsible. This location is always busy, and the staff, especially Darren and Kyle, deserve recognition from the owner and head office. These two employees are a great team and show potential for management roles. Keep up the great work, guys! High five to you both!
