We had a very bad experience yesterday, we were 5 families gathered at Demetres Burlington Branch , the night shift manager literally kicked one of us outof the store as he got sandwich with him from outside because Demetres is a desserts place only. There is no written prohibiting sign for bringing food, and our friend was ordering his dessert after eating his sandwich .Suddenly, we found the manager shout rudely to my friend and aggressively force him to go outside the place with racial hints. He was treated like a criminal. If this manger notify my friend in a polite way he would have responded accordingly specially it is small sandwich, he could deal with matter more wisely. By no mean it is not acceptable from Demetres this racial and aggressive treatment Note, we are old clients from long time at their franchise. I am waiting for Demetres management responses as we won’t be silent for this racial behavior at their stores.

If you have a sweet tooth and can skip a meal, please visit this place. They have the beat desserts ever. Please remember not to think about the calories at all. If you want to enjoy this place, please leave the world behind. Love it

Customer service is worst !Giving 3 stars for menu options and ambiance and taste

This place has been around for several years, seemingly emulating the former Just Desserts, presenting high-quality desserts at high prices. That's not really the important part however because price is secondary to the experience of actually being here. It's more of a social excursion than a simple dessert place. You certainly won't be disappointed by the desserts as long as you have a thick wallet.
