Írjon visszajelzéstWe have Korean food on a regular basis (even junk food) but this is by far the worst I have tried. The rice looked like it was cooked a week in advance, absolutely disgusting. 4 people ordering 4 different dishes and everything was terrible. On top of that we waited more than 45 minutes to get it and they have also mixed up our orders. Avoid!
Came here with a friend on a whim, the staff was extremely nice and we were there at an odd time around 3pm. The portions are smaller than expected and the food is not as tasty as some of the other restaurants in the area.
While enjoying a mini-trip and stay in this neighbourhood recently, we picked Dae Ji as the venue for lunch one day. When out on walkabouts the day before, I had the opportunity to drop into the restaurant for a look-see, catch a menu, and have a short chat with the young woman at the cash. I liked what I saw, and the way I was treated. We arrived at the restaurant a couple of minutes before the open sign was lit (at 11:30am), and the door opened, and were their first (sit-in) customers of the day. The restaurant looks rather small from outside, but is actually quite large inside - with about 10 tables for four, and a few other tables for two, all of which are not fixed in place, so can be moved about to accommodate larger seating arrangements, etc. Clean, neat, and tidy, with pictures of the various menu items decorating the walls.Once seated, with menus and mugs of hot tea on our table, we made our selections, and then finalized our choices a little with some help from our server when she returned to take our orders. It was a pork cutlet dinner for she, a chicken cutlet dinner for me -- each came with a shredded green salad, macaroni & corn, and rice. The portions were very good-sized (the pork dinner - two, large and thick cutlets, topped with a gravy/sauce, the chicken dinner - three, smaller-sized cutlets, with tartar sauce on the side), well-prepared (crispy coating on the outside, tender, moist meat inside) - overall, very tasty meals. We couldn't finish everything, and brought some leftovers back to our hotel, which were enjoyed (as much) later that day.We much-enjoyed our lunch and dining experience at Dae Ji. Good food and service ... we'll be back!!
Though known for their cutlets, the star of the night for me was the boneless deep fried chicken.
Very affordable and the food was very good for the price.
