This is not the first time I've had gizzards that were dried up tiny little rocks The chicken livers were okay The chicken breast and wing or dried up and unedible My dogs mostly enjoyed my meal tonight My husband's chicken tenders that were spicy would dried up little tiny pieces and terrible it's really a shame that they send food out like this and that you pay good money for it a refund should definitely be given tried to call no one answered

Waited for twenty two minutes after they said it was going to be five minutes. Then got tiny, burnt, dry chicken, and squished rolls

I ordered the $75-$85 chicken tenders, okra, corn poppers and jalapeño poppers. I also ordered a coke to drink as I drove home. The coke tasted like fried chicken. I thought the taste was due to the smell of chicken. A few sips later, I could not drink any more so I left it in my car's cup holder. The nausea set in later that night. The diarrhea set in the following day and lasted over 3 days. I finally had enough strength to stay away from the hopper for longer than an hour on day 4. I poured the remaining water and coke out of the cup that I left in the car. The bottom and sides of the cup were covered with black lines of grease. I took the cup to the Burnet Chicken Express and asked for the manager. The young lady seemed very concerned, took a picture of the inside of the cup, and then told me she'd let her manager know about the cup. No one has called. Tomorrow, the lawyer will be called to determine what the next step will be.
