I haven't visited this location in years, but we've always enjoyed it because their food is consistently served hot. We decided to dine in since the drive-thru line was long, and the dining area had only a few customers. While waiting for our food, I noticed a male employee with his hair down and not covered by a net. He was handling food and taking it to the drive-thru. If he had handed me my food, I wouldn't have accepted it—I find hair in food very unappetizing. I kept an eye on him to ensure he didn't handle our order, and fortunately, he didn’t. However, after I received my food, I saw another male employee with a beard, also without a beard guard, making and handling food. I was relieved that there was no hair in my meal. The food arrived hot, just as we remembered. I'm just surprised by the hair situation, especially considering the strict regulations that food establishments typically have to follow.
