El Loro - Burnsville

El Loro Mexican Restaurant was a wonderful experience for me and my family. The inside of the restaurant is clean, family friendly, and very festive and beautiful. We enjoyed our meal outside. The complimentary chips and dips are average. The pozole meal was very large and delicious. The enchiladas verdes were so tasty and flavorful. The rice on the side was good. The little salad was good, yet I prefer a greener option than iceberg lettuce. The cheese quesadillasare amazing! The chicken and cheese quesadilla was good. The burger and fries were great. The servers were Fantastic! We were very pleased. We look forward to another meal together at El Loro Mexican Restaurant ????

Even though they may have been a little short staffed we had wonderful service. The menu has a large selection to choose from. Our food came out quick, hot and delicious! Highly recommend!

Food is good, and good amounts. Drinks are okay. Service can be spotty, had really good and basically ignored. Can get spendy.

Many vegetarian options, had a vegetarian section on menu, could be made vegan by eating and sour cream. I had the vegetarian fajitas, no cheese or sour looked, very tasty. not really a source of protein, except perhaps the fried beans, could also ask black beans to sub. the staff was friendly and helpful. a good option, especially with non vegan family.

I recommend the table side guacamole and the beans burritos with the side of jalapeños, some salat and chopped tomato. remember not to give milk, or they will see sour and get cheese. chips and red salsa are taken away rita. many vegan beers, weine and mixed drinks, great margaritas! runout it has the regular guacamole has some milk si go with the table side. Note that this place was closed due to the brand several years ago, it was rebuilt in 2017 and reopened. updated by previous review on 2019-01-15
