Mado - Bursa

I found a bug in my ice cream at this restaurant and when I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.

I highly recommend trying the famous pistachio ice cream at this restaurant. It is so delicious, you will feel like you've never had ice cream before. I also look forward to trying the Toros chicken burger in the future. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.

I can say that this was the worst deli experience I've ever had. The service was poor, there were no smiling faces, and the attitudes were rude.

We were very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff; they were friendly and trustworthy. We ordered the chicken burger menu, and the service was excellent. However, instead of grilled chicken, there was schnitzel in the burger.
