Pepino's Trattoria Italiano

I am from out of town and was looking for a straightforward spaghetti and meatballs dish, but I was quite disappointed with the meal. I typically do not leave reviews, but I am still feeling unwell at 3 am. Luckily, I did not consume much of the food or I would be feeling even worse. I hope it was just an off night for the restaurant, but I advise caution.

I had a terrible experience with the food at this Italian restaurant. Despite usually having no issues with eating anything, I found the chicken Marsala, chicken piccata, carbonara pasta, and white pizza to be incredibly bland and greasy. Even though I wasn't expecting authentic Italian cuisine, the food was just plain bad. It was so disappointing that I felt compelled to write a review on google, something I have never done before.

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Burtonsville. The food at this restaurant is absolutely incredible. Located in a shopping center on Route 29, it offers a fresh and delicious dining experience. I dined there with a first-generation Italian who remarked that the food was just as good as his grandmother's cooking.

We went for dinner and loved it! The restaurant is intimate with a very friendly staff. The food was excellent. The prices are reasonable.

Amazing food and friendly service. Highly recommended.
