Domino's Pizza Busselton

The service at the restaurant was good, and the staff laughed at our jokes, which was nice. However, I was extremely disappointed with how they spelled my ethnic name. We clearly spelled it out for them, so it feels like a blatant disregard for my identity. Additionally, I ordered BBQ sauce for my pizza but didn’t receive any. I’m allergic to regular pizza sauce, and it put me at risk when I ate it. This is unacceptable.

I placed my order online at 7:06 PM with an initial estimated arrival time of 7:50 PM. However, by 7:56 PM, the tracker updated to show a new estimated time of 9:47 PM. I called the restaurant and was informed that they were busy but that it wouldn’t take that long; unfortunately, they didn’t provide a new estimated time. My order didn’t arrive until 8:57 PM. The delivery driver was polite and apologized for the delay, but waiting almost 2 hours for a pizza, especially when we live just 1.5 km from the restaurant, feels excessive. Thankfully, the food quality was satisfactory.

This review concerns the coupons, and it may change over time. Previously, the restaurant offered great prices if you found a good code or deal online. However, since the new owners took over, it seems they have blocked all the codes that were genuinely beneficial.

Deplorable! Do not go here. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t able to even have the three pizzas that we ordered (booked online) and when I went to pick up they had the door locked and would not let me inside the store to pay and pick up. There was about 10 delinquent kids hanging around and running in and out of the back of the store yelling out at me. The police were called and I was told to move on. I’m actually in complete shock.

Consistently disappointed. The last order I got was burned, but clearly I didn’t learn my lesson. Last night the driver is half an hour late, 15 minutes after it was marked as 'complete ', so my cheese garlic bread is cold and the chips have the consistency of cardboard both chucked in the bin. At least the tenders were still good, but that’s thanks to my microwave and Franks Hot Sauce, nothing to do with Dominos.
