Ehsto Cafe - BYRON BAY

Really recommend going to this cafe, to be honest I found it the best out of all of them in Byron bay. Fast, quality foods with great customer service! Thankyou for the delicious breakfast!

Eggs bene is my thing: I've had them in thousands of places from Brisbane to Bali, Jimbaran to Johannesburg Dip does Bene best! Exquisite handmade holly sauce: the perfect balance of sweet, buttery and vinegar. Amazing menu options, all fresh made daily. Eleven stars

First visit, and I would eat here again. The cafe has a French theme, with the owner being part French as I understand. The all day brunch menu was pretty varied, and the ratatouille bruschetta was excellent. Coffee was pretty good too. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Loved the pancakes, bacon, fresh fruit and mapel syrup. Yummmm

THE place to go for breakfast in Byron in my option. Excellent quality coffee and food, interesting French food options and a nice quiet spot in town. Been here twice recently and no doubt will be back. Perfect for a late breakfast gets busy here for a reason!
