Bob's Smoke Stack Ribs - Byron

Service was fast and friendly. Food arrived in a timely matter and was extremely hot. Fried okra and catfish batter was light and crispy,as it should be. The catfish was light and flakey 9.8 out of 10! Not the best ribs I've ever had but, they very well may be the best in a 100 mile radius. Water was very good!! Water quality is very important for my dining experience since I never order soda when dining out. I will definitely be returning to try the brisket.

I had lunch at this restaurant and the server was incredibly nice and accommodating. When we were having trouble deciding what to order, he suggested making a selection for us. The prices are reasonable and comparable to most other BBQ joints. I particularly enjoyed the pulled meat; it was very juicy and flavorful.

I had no idea there was a restaurant, but I spotted the food truck on my way home from work and decided to stop by. I tried the pulled pork sandwich with fries, and it was fantastic! The flavor was delicious without being overpowering, and I appreciated that I didn’t even need the BBQ sauce the owner offered me. The fries were perfectly crispy as well. I’m definitely coming back for a full rack next time!
