Small town McD and the people know my name. Sort of joking. I only really get one thing, for myself. I'll do food for other people (outside a rare craving for over greasy and salty fries) they have nothing I eat. All in all... it is consistent. OK, everyone, I had a horrible. Absolutely horrible experience at the Byron Illinois McDonald's. These people have no idea what they're doing. They are rude and inconsiderate, and 90% of the time, they get your order wrong. But that is nothing compared to what I went through yesterday. I ordered a curbside pickup order paid for it. Went there to pick it up polygon to one of the curbside picks ups. Enter in my number where I was at. And it wouldn't go through so I went inside to talk to someone and see if I could get my food. They literally ignored me both girls that were up front. When I finally got there attention. They told me that they couldn't help me. All I wanted was my food. Which I had already paid for.. I was standing right at the register. And then the assistant manager Came in from outside. I told her my issue and this was her response.. She told me that was my problem. She couldn't help me, they can't do anything. So needless to say, I will stay far. Far away from the Byron Illinois McDonald's. And I suggest everyone else does the same. But I can't make anybody do anything they don't wanna do. So if you do want a wrong order or don't get your order or have to wait and line for 20 minutes. Be my guest, Byron McDonald's is definitely your place, LOL.
