McDonald's Byron, Illinois Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, diet coke. Got a quarter lb a regular coke. Its like they don't care. Look at your order before you leave the window.

Horrible service and orders are wrong and always have to wait a ridiculous time for food. Dining and restrooms are gross and dirty

I pull up to the drive through, i wait 3 whole minutes before someone asks for my order. then they make me wait 2 more minutes. i asked for a cinnamon roll, they said no they didn't have any. also there ice cream machine was down which is always is btw. i pull up to the window and there was a cinnamon roll sitting in there. then i waited 10 minutes before they opened the window and i heard them screaming the whole time. and there were FOUR cars behind me.

I only wish I could give a ZERO star rating.. Biggest complaint is poor food quality...breakfast is the worst...hard bagels, hard English muffins, burritos kept warm too long and hard outer tortilla...dirty grill taste on folded eggs. Second biggest complaint is order errors.. Diet instead of regular cokes, wrong burger toppings, cold fries, right sandwich wrong meats,, wrong egg, being given someone else's order. You must check your order before you drive away because there is a high likelihood it is wrong.. Third biggest complaint is poor interaction with customer. Mistakes are not owned by the staff, often making the customer feel like a cheapskate for pointing out the error. This McDs needs to realize that if you continue to try and sell a $9.00 hamburger you'd better deliver quality everytime. It is worth the 15 min drive to Bogo or Oregon as none of this nonsense happens there.... Such a shame to wastr a location that has so much potential...

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. For some reason no one can ever seem to get the orders right. Nor can they ever give you the sauce you ask for, even when they are the ones to ask you what sauce you want in the drive through.
