Casa Mariuca - Cabezón de la Sal

We had dinner on their pleasant terrace and we loved it. We ordered croquettes, meatballs, typical Cantabrian blood sausage and Santoña anchovies. All very good and in correct quantities. The youngest waitress advised us very well and was very friendly. We paid about 37 euros with drinks. Totally recommended. The place is in the center of a vollage and easy to reach. There is a place to park as well. But this was the worst calmar I have ever tried. Very hard and as if fried in already used oil.

A tapas bar used by locals. Simple good food, together with a bottle of wine provided by a friendly young woman who cooked as well as being front of house. She also took the trouble to write out the menu in English and tell us that she thought what we had ordered would be sufficient.

Restaurante ubicado al lado de la carretera a las afueras de Carrejo, que dispone de una amplia zona de terraza, ideal para cuando hace buen tiempo. La carta es variada y a buen precio y la atención del personal muy buena.
