El Agave Grille - Cabot

New to this area and read reviews of this place, so we decided to try it for lunch on Saturday Nov. 5th. I wish now I had taken pictures of the food but we were hungry and I can tell you that it not only looked delicious and definitely smelled delicious...it was absolutely Delicious!!!!! The place is not big, but was so clean and spotless, and the whole staff was friendly! Definitely recommend!!!!

Very god food with nice servers and the prices at the grill and the prices are reasonably. Yea l

Stopped by on an Alabama road trip during the CoronaVirus pandemic so it was take out only. The service was awesome. Not the easiest thing in the situation. I got chicken quesadillas they were great. My wife got beef burritos she thought they were solid. The rub here is she is allergic to tomatoes so the fish is cooked different then ordinary. We also got white cheese dip. Very good. Wife thought a little soupy but I prefer that to a huge clump of cheese in a bowl that breaks the chips.

When you're in a small town on business and you find a good place for lunch, why not do it twice. Oxford has few options near the location of our meetings. However, reviews for this place were good, so we gave it a try. We lunched here both yesterday and today because the food is solid and the service is quick. I had chicken tacos both days I like anything with a street food feel. My lunch buddies ordered shrimp quesadillas, enchiladas, taco salads, and beans&rice. Each person said their food was delicious. Both days we had our orders within in minutes, which is appreciated during lunch time. We noted they had huge waves of locals eating in and picking up to go orders, yet the servers never appeared frazzled. That's a good sign. If you're ever in this remote area of AL put this place on your list to visit.

Love the tacos and salsa bar! Beer and service are good too. Nice people. Chips are a little thick for our liking.
