Ignoring the caution by the stall servers, i insisted on getting the level 5 doo dee super volcano (noodle). Wow, it was close to my tolerance (should have been braver and gone for the top level ????). Good thing i had a side order of their pork satay to balance out the heat. The pork satay 4/5, by the way, was one of the best i have tasted. Thoroughly well marinated with that charcoal smell with enough pork fat among the meaty pieces. Friendly service, a def return if i am in cabra.

You definately have to try the do dee noodles they are so good but God damn it's spicy as hell. I tried minimal spice and I still felt like I was gonna wake up with a hermroid so now I just always get no spice at all and it tastes amazing, you can actually enjoy the sweet and sour tang of it without having to feel the wrath of hell. You can also change the noodles to egg noodles too! Also another plus is that have small size which is perfect for lunch :) If your a fan of chilli they have level 7 as well, but be warned!
