Subway - Cadott

I don't normally leave bad reviews. But I have been to this particular Subway twice. Same employee each time. Horrible service, should not be around the public.

As a truck driver looking for healthy food options on the road, I rely on Subway to be open as scheduled. I pass by this location four times a week and have noticed that even though you are supposed to open at 8:30am, you are never open at that time. I just left the restaurant at 9:30am and it still wasn't open. The employees there just apologized and I find this situation to be ridiculous. As a truck stop, we depend on you to be open and ready for business.

The sandwiches and wraps at this restaurant are consistently poorly prepared. The service is for take-out only, and the meal type is lunch. The average price per person falls between $10 and $20.

Very poor customer service. I walked in there to get lunch and the gurl working walked out and put gloves on and then just looked at me. Did not say a word not hi there, or can I help you, just nothing. After a second, I just start ordering my food. She continues to make it and she does do a good job but still does not say or ask a single thing. Then she rings me up with out saying anything still and just hands me my change and walks away. Did not say have a good day or thank you or anything. She literally never said a single word the entire time. Never smiled or said a word. I have never seen that before. This was on a Monday about 3:30 in the afternoon. They were not busy at all. I was the only customer then another gentleman c9me in after I was there. Absolutely terrible customer service.
