Sa Se Su - Caen

We enjoyed eating in this small cozy Vietnamese restauranie. a bit chaotic organized, the personal was very friendly and thoughtful to food allergies and the small child in our company. everyone enjoyed their meal and the price was in order. this place was quick to use. well, so the little child didn't have to sleep much.

After two mistakes when eating in caen, we finally found this jackpot restaurant. it is located on the main street st. jean, about 15 minutes walk from the chateau. around 18 o'clock when we arrived, it was packed, but they got us on the heated one. outside seat. very friendly staff, ready to help them and recommend dishes. faster service. delicious food, very fair amounts and more than reasonable prices.

Went last minute with the family. Varied items off the menu all were properly cooked, hot enough, and very tasty. Staff were nice, worked hard, and provided excellent service. Will return.

Great place. Very informal, clearly full of regular local customers. Fantastic food at very reasonable price.

We went for it as we’d been in Vietnam last year and OH liked pho dishes. As it happened, not many restaurants open in Caen on a Monday, so we tried it for him. Food ok worth the money but what was good was...the friendly service. Yes, tables are close but it’s ok just smile packed tables at 9pm on a Monday! I would go back another time that’s the acid test.
