Garbonzo's Pizza - Caldwell

Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had! It is a very impressive little establishment. They would be a perfect example of how to run a successful small business today. The owner and staff are on point always friendly and the little bar they have is awesome bartender is the best … this place is just one of the hidden little gems in Caldwell I love it!

Being from Connecticut I know good pizza. Garbonzo's it the closest to CT pizza I've come across. The crispy edge crust with the soft bread inside is like heaven. No skimping on toppings, fresh and full of flavor. Staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was retro, but not overwhelming. Clean place. I have no complaints at all about this restaurant.

All right! Absolutely loaded with toppings, tasteful and sad we no longer live near Garbonzos. No disappointments: fresh salad bar item, super service, large thick regular crust and a genuine gluten-free crust not that prefabricated flat slice you get anywhere else!!!
