Papa Johns Pizza - Caldwell

I had a disappointing experience at Papa John's due to the manager's disrespectful behavior. I ordered food, but they sent me the wrong pizza – someone else's order. When I tried to address the issue, the manager, who I believe was named Michelle, was quite rude. I felt disrespected, and for a place that prides itself on great customer service, this was lacking. I believe the manager needs to be addressed about her conduct. I may consider returning if things improve, but for now, I’m reluctant to come back. That's one less customer for you.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The General Manager, Michelle, in Caldwell, refused to fix my order and insisted that I return the food myself, despite it being delivered. I brought back $178 worth of pizza, drinks, and dessert, but no credit was issued or any steps taken to resolve the issue. She merely stated, "I made your order, and it's perfectly fine." I cannot recommend this place if you're seeking good customer service.

The pizza was fantastic, and the Buffalo wings were excellent. The jalapeño poppers were delicious as well. My order was ready when I arrived for pickup, and the service was good. However, it is a bit pricier than some other places.

I was told by the general manager to never place an order again because the delivery driver didn't follow the instructions for our address. They refused to send our order back out. The service was terrible, and my experience reflects poorly on a company with a troubling reputation.

I placed a pick-up order at this location for the first time tonight. The order was prepared quickly, the staff was very friendly, and the food was great. We'll definitely be back as regular customers!
