Millcroft Inn Restaurant - Caledon

My wife and I had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious and Madison's service was exceptional. We had a wonderful view of the waterfall from our window seat, making it the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

The restaurant had a poor attitude towards customers, making us wait for a long time while they continued to let people in and out without acknowledging us. The food was overpriced, with fish and chips costing £16 inside, while outside it was only £8.50.

I love the restaurant. the eating was amazing and whenever we had details about what we wanted to eat, they were delivered immediately. highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to dress up and enjoy a fine dining experience once more. The food was delicious and served hot, with beautiful presentation. Our server, Amy, was exceptional. I highly recommend trying the cod and venison dishes. The creme Brule for dessert was fantastic. The restaurant offers a great selection of wines. When making a reservation for a special occasion, be sure to request the pod for a wonderful view.

We live in the area and like the ambiance. Unfortunately we have has as many poor meals as really remarkable ones. At the prices charged, 'good ' or even 'excellent ' should be expected. Their riverside patio is lovely. Their $25 cheeseburger for example isn 't up to...chain burger joint quality; fairly dry and tasteless. This extends to some not all) of their fare. We go rarely.
