Panera Bread - Caledonia

This Panera location demonstrated the best customer service I have ever experienced with the company! I ordered Home Delivery and was disappointed to discover on their website that many bakery items, including bagels—which were exactly what I wanted—were unavailable. Despite this, I used my coupon and went ahead with my lunch order. Jeff was the delivery person, as he has been in the past, and he was fantastic! I asked him about the bagels not appearing online, and he mentioned that it didn’t seem right and promised to double-check. About an hour later, he called me to inform me that there were indeed plenty of bagels available and that he wanted to bring me some for free as a thank you for bringing the issue to their attention. This level of customer service is outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for his generosity! Thank you, Jeff and Panera!

Ethan and all the staff were beyond accommodating when we hosted a fundraiser there tonight. I was so impressed and grateful for their positive and supportive attitudes!! Huge shoutout!

The new breakfast sandwiches with over-easy eggs are delicious! These eggs are a big improvement over the previous types. And I really like the brioche buns!

This is a fantastic spot for meetings, catching up on your emails, and enjoying delicious food! It doesn’t get much better than this.

I had their strawberry poppyseed salad and it was fresh and delicious. The store was clean and the service good.
